How early should I arrive?

For your first treatment with me you will be asked to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time, this is so that you can fill in the client questionnaire. For following treatments please make sure that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time so that we can make sure you get the full treatment time allocated to you.

What should I wear?
For the Sports Massage please make sure that you are wearing comfortable and practical underwear as the massage can include stretches and exercises. You may wish to bring extra layers in case you feel the cold after your treatment.

What treatments can I have if I’m pregnant?
No back or body treatments are offered to women in the first trimester. After this I offer specially devised back and body pregnancy massages.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy, so if you need to cancel please make sure you do so before this time. After this time you will be asked to pay the full amount for your treatment. If you are late for your appointment your treatment will be shortened so the next client is not delayed.

Can I buy gift vouchers?
Yes! Please contact me if you would like to buy gift vouchers. Neal's Yard also offer gift vouchers through their website.

How do I pay?
Cash or Cheque are preferred methods of payment although Neal's Yard do take cards. The site will soon have the facility to take online payments in advance for treatments, courses and gift vouchers.
